Nintendo is changing alot and will bring enough games in the coming years to avoid the drought that caused bad console sales in the past. Wii u is an amazing system and will clear 15 easily in 2015!

Lol not sure if serious.

People nowadays use the "not sure if serious" comment too often. It's supposed to be used when someone is exagerating about something, which hardly is the case. Aside from "Nintendo is changin alot" which is his view and "will clear 15M easily in 2015" which is his opinion on the subject OP asked, the rest is pretty much factual.

But is is extreme exaggeration. Selling 15m by end of 2015 is almost double of what most people think.

It's like someone saying PS4 will sell 30m by end of 2014.

Wii U is at around 9 millions at the end of this year so it would need 6 millions. It appears unlikely to reach this number in 2015 but it's more insane to think the Wii U won't sell over 15 millions in its lifetime.

It sold 3 million this year on a first half drought of games, so 6 million is possibly with no drought, better support, amiibos, and price cut! But yes people in here are insane to think it wont sell 15 million.

I think the Wii U can sell better next year than this year, but 6 millions would be a bug growth. The Wii U will continue to recover but will still struggle compared to other consoles. A price cut at next year holidays will be the key to beat this year, if Nintendo can keep making profits.

Nah, there is always the possibility for the Wii U to completely break down after 2015. There is however absolutely no possibility for the Wii U to sell 6m in 2015.

You mean like how xbox one  now continues to outsell ps4 weekly in the usa. Anything is possible just like how ps4 losses ground to xbox, wii u could also gain ground too. The ps4 hype train is slowing down here in america so lets see what happens.

I think it would take a miracle for it to hit 16m.

The Wii U will "not" ever hit 16m. You're right. Much clearer now.

I can't believe what I just read. You wanna make a bet? Actually more of a one-sided bet. If WiiU surpasses 15M by 31 dec 2015 I shall have 1 month sig control. :D

I see you are still in the Nintendo hater club.

The Wii U will reach 15 millions. Not hitting 15 millions would mean selling less than 2 millions for the next 3 years, or less than 1.5 millions for the next 4 years.

That's just crazy talk, man. I doubt that WiiU will ever have a 6m year.
