That was stunning. Guess I'm going to have to get this then... :(

The game was already awesome, and now this update adds to the immersion. Evolution have made up for the bad start in my eyes, I wish people who never played this would stop badmouthing it just because reviews haven't been good, its an awesome game, worth owning a console for if you're into racing game.
The visuals and sound are absolutely stunning. It's just a shame that Driveclub did not start off with this kind of quality (and stable online) or otherwise, first impressions would've been way more positive. I hope its visual fidelity and immersion are being advertised because racer fans should experience this. Also, I think Evolution Studios has learned its lesson from Driveclub's launch and I look forward to its next game, whether it be Driveclub 2 or another Motorstorm.
holy shiiiiiiiiiiiit.
Would love a motorstorm using these sorts of weather effects and sounds, at the very least pacific rift remastered.
Wow. @_@
DriveClub is the most impressive racer out there by a wide margin. It's too bad it seems it had to release just a little too early.
yep, this game should have been delayed 2-3 months. it looks like a fantastic game.
by far the best graphics i have seen in a console game. (but Killzone and infamous do give it a run for its money)

It's sad this game will always be the most underrated game of the year
Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:
PS4: 17m XB1: 10m WiiU: 10m Vita: 10m
Even with the bad launch impressions, the game has 1million so far. This game really has legs. I want to buy this game but I am a little broke at the moment.

Just because it has pretty graphics? Look at Ryse... Not that Driveclub is as broken as Ryse (reviews are also better), but you get my point.
I'm of the opinion that games should fully work at launch... If they don't, then they deserve the bad reviews, even if everything is later fixed. This way the developer will learn from its mistakes and (hopefully) not release a broken game at launch in the future.

No, since the games are totally different. Pretty graphics for a game like Ryse is not that important. And anyway, Ryse got what it deserved since the game released was the final build. So wrong point. And imo, thats stupid if review dont reflect the game we buy, because reviews dont have to be childish punishing a game, they should be updated to be used by consumers, because reviews are made for us and only for us, and we dont care about how the game was at launch, we care about how it is now, when we buy it. So all these reviews are useless now for someone who buy the game.
In a racing game, a great tech improves a lot immersion, and it's really important, so yes, it would have deserved more points than what it got.
