Well it is true that is overtracked in USA!However,a quite possible GE,UK and mainland Europe undertracking counterbalances that number!

I thought the general consensus was the Wii U is over tracked? There were a lot of Wii U vs X1 threads and some pretty solid evidence in there suggested so.

Less than 200k undertracked, that's for sure. And Japan is spot on.
