May be all the classification rules against violence and Nazi apology have something to do with it.

No. The PC market in Germany is huge. Germany is all about PC+PS basically.

Interesting comparison. PS3 just over 300k in 2007 and Wii did 630k while PS4 is already at ~900k with December remaining. XB1 can top 360's 2007 (185k) but barely. It's currently around 160k.
The most Wii ever did was 1.28m in 2008. PS4 can probably top it next year

Sony great sales aaffect their viability, profitability and likeliness of good games. Which will affect my enjoyment which affects my well being.

it seems like the console market is growing a bit in germany judging by the weekly sales so good news for playstation,might be a good idea for xbox to be a bit more aggressive there since it is a big market in europe

I complained. But the thread was so big it probaly got lost.
I said there the XOne lead felt to big and PS4 sales to low IF the previous numbers they gave were correct. Once again they were the only talking about their figures and Neogaf works only with approximations which have been showing bias distorsions over the year.
A "stelf adjustment" may be? who knows?

Giving the size of those markets, it would be better for Sony to win the USA even by a close margin than win Germany by a landslide. Germany year = USA November....
Console war is over in Germany before it really begun going by those numbers, Sony with little effort appear to have it on lockdown.

off-topic: Both aqua and cream get figures directly from NPD...they post approximations due to NPD being anal about leaks. You have never shown any evidence of "bias distortions" despite your repetitive claims.
On-topic: Yeah, no. I think Sony will take worldwide dominance over a minor lead in the US. Germany is not the only country where PS4 dominates.
