LittleBigPlanet3: Will This Be Another Huge Legs Game? How Much Will It Sell Lifetime?

Game has Started off with 133k in the US (99k was ps4), didnt do well in Japan (PS4 version around 4k)

(srry, i dunno Europe #s)

Predict!!!

For Comparisons......

LBP1         ??? FW      Lifetime: 5.6mil+

LBP2         550k FW    Lifetime: 3.2mil+

LBP PSP     53k FW    Lifetime: 2.4mil+

LBP Vita     29k FW    Lifetime:   860k+

Game will have a huge decline from the other versions and then Sony will cancel it like they did to other series in the past, well they wont say its cancel, they will just not make it anymore.....

I told people the problem with Sony they cant make a franchise seem fresh out so they have to keep making new IP's, look at every mario they not the same they got similar formula, so you know thats its mario, but its not the same, you cant play Super Mario Sunshine same way you play Mario 64 or Mario Galaxy.......This what Sony should of did, with Little Big Planet add something to make it fresh

I will give sony this, I love how they take care of their fans, Resistance series did not sell well, but they allow the developers to finish it off with part 3, it made me give Sony a ton of respect, hopefully they give Little Big Planet another chance, cause right now I know they debating what to do with God of War series after it sold bad......if it sell bad one more time I wonder if they will make another one, or put the game on the sideline

I personally believe it was time to let it go after LBP2.

Yep it is always bundle, why they always do that, and thats the reason why Gamestop have so many of them in the back I am talking about used copies after the people bring it to sell.....I remember a guy bought the playstation system, went to the car, open the system up, took out little big planet, open the case so Gamestop can take it....cause if they went in there with a seal case Gamestop would not take it, so they open the case and they bring it in the store to sell and get another game.......but regardless what happen, it still counts as a sale for Little Big Planet

It will have good legs, but will end up being the second worst selling game in the series, only in front of LBP Vita

thats right, those bundle sales for all games count here in teh vgc wars even if they are sitting in the back of the shop

LBP should get those bundle sales over xmas as consoles dry up for the holidays and the people get desperate

It has great legs, but it is in decline. It won't reach PSP unless it is bundled for a good amount of time.

1.5m. It will have good legs cause of bundles.

Sony sent lbp3 to die, this game had no business launching in November.

Over 2 million lifetime. There is no need for a sequel on the PS4. Just keep updating the game with new features and the user made content will do the rest. It's the type of game that will improve every year until the day the servers are taken offline.
