I do, and it's hard to use it on my 3DS.
sometimes a page will randomly redirect me to some span advert site. Without pressing anything and ages after the page was loaded.
My browser also picked up some dodgy script the other day off one of the pages. Never seen it before.

In portuguese it's Fórum =p
Owww the navigator crash, at least it isn't unavailable (altough on Thursday I got kind offline for 30 min for me. And in some days it got stock not loading the comment I made, and when refreshing I ended up posting 5 or 7 times).

I don't have problems with adversite sites, but sometimes it will load some antivirus app on marketplace or something like that.

It sometimes crashes on my WiiU, but it only lasts a few minutes!
