Many people doubt the seriousness on this thread, however, one thing that is an actual truth and can't be changed is that Microsoft is full of money, they can take almost anything on such a "small" division as Xbox. That's why they are investing lots of resources into it, like monthly updates and such. The console may be weaker, but Microsoft as a company is smart enough as to realize that if they can't win in raw power against PS4, then the only choice is to improve the console in such a way that the users can feel the money they invested in the console was worth, and so compensate it's flaw.

Come to think of it, PS4 is like that guy all girls die for just because he is sexy on the outside and does some sport (Cheaper and more powerful) but has some flaws on the insdie (Sony is a hardware company, after all.), while Xbox One is like the not very hot guy that doesn't do sport and that compensates his physical flaws with his wits. He can be smart, he can be funny, he can be creative. Of course, the sexy, sporty guy is also capable of being those things, but since he needs those skills much less, he develops them much in a much slower pace than the nonhot guy, who relies on these aspects of his personality much more in order to impress girls.

 

So yeah, MS might be able to take over the world if the nerdy guy finds out how to make girls find him more attractive than the hot guy.

My ass. Sony PlayStation is the wordly guy and Microsoft Xbox is the rich guy. 

Remember, Sony, the company on bankrupt watch for the past decade, is the one that enginered a more powerful and cheaper console than Microsoft, which is virutually always healthy financially

PS spent 20 years building relations with ww console gaming, aka PS2 domination, there are somethings money can't buy.

Yup. Society is pretty messed up all around but Microsoft is not one random nerdy guy, Microsoft is THE nerdy guy. If any nerdy guy is capable of such a feat, it's them.

Well, my analogy is not meant to simbolize their economic position (Maybe you thought that becuase of the first part of my post), but rather the way people see the consoles and what can MS do about it.

Also, to be fair, Sony is a hardware (muscle) company, while MS is a software (Wits) company. That's why the muscle guy has a better body condition than the nerdy guy, which results in the nerd working hard in order to outsmart the dudebro (Not saying PS is a dudebro company nor anything lol just can't find a better word to describe the kind of guy I imagine).
