I'd like to extrapolate OP's inner point with this thread to Capcom, too.

 

But hey, they made Resident Evil 6, some locked-in DVD content on Asura's Wrath and rehashed SFIV for the sixteenth time.

This was done manually so I didn't count.

Ill search, but excluding mobile games and remakes is tedious.

That's true too. Capcom released a few gems, and a lot of them were underrated.

I mean DMC reboot design and gameplay were top notch, but screw them Dante looks emo.

That's kind of an awesome ratio, as 80+ meta is considered "Great"

My data does not include iOS games, though, because I'm at Uni and just made a quick research regarding SE's meddling with seventh gen consoles, but I think that number is accurate.

Eidos and SquEnix we talk about while technically the same company, are not when we talk about them.

Eidos part release games, designed and made for a western audience on time and they sell well. SquEnix haven't made a good game since FF12.
