Several. At some point he was given a warning that he was on his last lifeline, then he transgressed soon after that and the mods graciously chose to overlook it. Next time he posted something inflammatory he was given the boot. It wasn't a horribly offensive comment but it was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I wonder how long before his alts will stop being reported here...
