Yeah, didnt take long for X1 to come back with that gift card though.

I think it's rather telling that it takes a $270 pricepoint for the X1 to barely beat a $400 PS4.

Before anyone tries to jump on it, it's a $70 Amazon credit to spend on anything; you have to DL a PS4 game with that deal.

I don't think "barely" is a good choice of words there. The gap between 1 and 5 can be big for all we know.. Sony tried the 2 free games deal and MS undercut them again. That's how competition works.

The PS4 was commanding the lead, and they were neack-and-neck before the X1 overtook the PS4. The X1 is now leading, beacuse it's $280 (I f-ed up my simple math before...). I agree that, because Amazon oly tells us positions, the current gap is a great unknown.

Edit: Why does it take forever for VGC to announce these sales? It's not super helpful lol. "Hey, guys, go grab the BF bundles, while supplies last, hurr durr HODOR."
