They are saving the 10/10 for SPORE

You should definitely give it a shot, you may not know what you are missing.
Anyways, great review aside from the graphics. The graphics is a HUGE step up from Melee. Hell, it even made me not wanting to see Melee's graphics ever again.
8.5 is pretty silly for graphics...it should have been higher.
Here's a comparison vid (old, can never seem to find a good, recent vid)

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Again, I'm not saying this is the undeniable best game ever. It may be my favorite game ever, but that's not to say it has to be for everyone. I'm just saying the amount of content crammed in here is ridiculously huge. |
Yeah. That's definitly got more content then any fighting game i've seen... and I have a couple of those Anthology games.
Which i never got. Why make an anthology... why not just let you play everyone vs everyone?

Also readding comparison screens so we can laugh at IGN's stupid graphics score:

an 8.5 for graphics isn't bad. melee scored an 8.0 and this is a new system the game is running on. i don't mind them having high expectations for a 10.
Holy! The difference is THAT BIG? I played Melee today, and thought for myself "I don't really need games to look any better than this for Brawl". Well, I'll be happy anyway.
Holy Crap on Zelda and Pit! Not a lot of difference on Kirby/Pikachu though, but maybe they look better in action (at least pika's b ¨^ does.)
