I wonder how many of thos searches were "Xbox OFF".

"Bing." lolol
Now, Google stats would be relevant. Mind, the PS4 results are split between people who search "PS4" and people who search "PlayStation 4," so that needs to be remembered.

Huh?? I'm not sure I understand your response.. Its people that make searches not search engines. In this regard How can a search engine be biased? Unless of course you are accusing Microsoft of tampering with the results. |
It's called sarcasm. Sorry for not stating it earlier.

Bet with Xander XT:
I can beat more games on his 3DS than he can on my PSVita in a month. Loser has to buy the winner a game on his/her handheld Guess who won? http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=193531

I didn ' t want to say, but someone had to. Better for ms they Develop a better machine next time, so that their competitor don't sell 7M more after only 1 year and are not forced to sell their console at half the Price of launch to compete in one territory(their home) for a couple of months.

So people that like MS products enough to actually use Bing search for MS products.
Amazed!.
Wow looks like there was a meltdown in this thread, shame I missed it.
It's really surprising that Microsofts own search engine that's used on the Xbox 360/ONE searches for the Xbox more than the PlayStation, really surprising.
I use Bing, Not sure why it gets so much flak, pretty solid search engine imo.
1. XB1 and 360 search is powered by Bing
2. Searching for something means there is interest in something, it doesn't mean that the interest is necessarily good though. XB1 has had a controversial launch and lead up to that, that controversy will generate a lot of searches. Imagine the number of 'XB1 DRM', or 'XB1 used games' searches.
3. Bing's marketshare is heavily concentrated in the US (its less than 10% in Europe but 20% in the US), and the US is the XB1's strongest market.

About 25% of people using the internet. In fact all searches done by Siri (through voice search) on iPad and iPhone are done through Bing. Happy to assist. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to ask. |
Hmm, not quite. Its 20% in the US, less than 10% in Europe, and globally only 5.5%. Baidu has ~18% (largest search engine in China), Google has 69% of the global search market, and yahoo has 6.7%. link
