If they have more then 60% market "YES" it possible, and PS4 is not on the same page with PS2

and their competitor is still put a fight , so i doubt it will be like PS2 era but you can expect more on Japanese games thou, like jrpg, or jsrpg.

Apart from Japanese games not really. Sony are dominating without spending a fortune on 3rd part exclusives. Advertising certain big games is enough for them. I don't see them paying for too many big exclusives but you will see 1 or 2 over the course of the gen and they will prob come sooner rather than later.

Maybe some, but i doubt many. Its biggest effect (exclusive wise) will probably be that MS won't be able to buy as many exclusives as they did last gen. After a point it's really not worth the cost.

It's getting PlayStation exclusive 3rd party games major publisher like SEGA (Yakuza) and Sqaure Enix (Dragon Quest) in Japan. And Persona 5 is also a 3rd party PlayStation exclusive game from Atlus.

Without a doubt, it will bring back japanese exclusives at least.

Look at Capcom and Level 5, the gen just started and they already are making a PS4 exclusive.

Square Enix will probably make a DQ on PS4 too, so yes, it's the PS2 return, a lot of big PS2 IP missing on PS3 will be on PS4

 

 

And an other good thing : It will prevent Microsoft to buy a lot of games to prevent them to go on PS, or they will only be able to do it temporary, like Tomb Raider( even if the deal was surely made before SE sees PS4 sales)

Yeah agree with u, it will at least preventing Xbox one money hating some games. I hope it stays like this. So i dont have to buy many system just for exclusive 3rd party games.

While dominance does ensure PS4 as the primary platform for development, the undeniable similarity in hardware architecture and controller layout will make ports to Xbox so easy that Sony would have to offer a good premium for most developers NOT to do it.
