No need to get so worked up about it.

I remember people raging about their "Top 10 Video Games of all time" video, and I said it then and I'll say it again: WatchMojo is a channel dedicated to film. They know very little about video games or the industry, so nothing they say about them should ever be taken seriously.

OT: It's clear this list is based purely on hype and attention each company has recieved, be it possitive or otherwise. It's kindof like how Guiness claimed CoD to be the greatest video game ever. 

 It really should've been #1 Nintendo, and number #2 SCE. 

Noone that makes Diablo 3 and StarCraft online only and also makes MMORPGs with a fee can be #1

That doesn't mkae them bad games though, but still I don't think Activision should be in the top three. The top three belongs to Take Two, EA and SCE.

I can;t agree with this list at all.

I'm also not getting why these guys are honorable mentions,

Bandai Namco.
Capcom.
Sega.
Microsoft Game Studios.

When in reality you could/should substitute them for Konami, Zenimax or Valve.

It seems this list really is, Top Publishers of Popular/Hyped Games Recently.

I can't fathom a list where you'd put Valve or Konami over Bandai Namco or Sega as top publishers, unless you completely ignored their histories and focused only on their most popular, recent stuff. Not even an honourable mention of Atlus either.

That's because Sega owns Atlus.

Nintendo should get number 1 for the sole reason of saving the industry. Valve would have never formed without them, because Gaben said he was inspired by Super Mario 64 and Doom. id Software would have never formed, because they formed to port Super Mario Bros. to PC. So without Nintendo, no Steam or good First Person Shooters. Plus, Unlike Ubisoft, EA, and Activison Blizzard, they aren't Anti Consumer! This is only list from you I disliked Watchmojo. I am very disappointed in you.

None of them on the list would have ever formed if not for Nintendo for the sole reason that the video game industry would have been dead before it even really got started without them. But yep, Ubisoft is the better and more important publisher alright! Can't deny the way Assassin's Creed has been the most successful and revolutionary franchise in gaming history. Oh wait, that's Mario. Ubisoft is responsible for that franchise too though right? Oh wait that's Rayman. Oh well, clearly their spot above Nintendo is still deserved though because Nicki Minaj and her enhanced butt just landed on the moon in a galaxy far far away and the munchkins greeted them until the groundhog popped out and didn't see its shadow so winter is coming for the Starks who are in trouble in Mordor.
