Hard to say depending on the outcome of Black Friday but looked like PS4 and XB1 were pretty close this month in NA.  But I think you're right that X1 will likely take November for NA.

If ps4 win BF by more than 100k units, it can be first for november NPD.

We will see what happen, i don't think we will really trust Vgchartz numbers for the BF week, it will probably be false.

As long as noone is specifically calling out a user, there should really be no problem with using the phrase.

PS4 is already selling about 250k more a week which is already brutal (50% more sales than the xbone).
