If MS really desired Capcom, they could purchase it. Sony and Nintendo could probably do the same.

  Id also imagine buying one ip is going to be cheaper than buying all of Capcom and how many ever employees Capcom has.  It would be smarter to just buy stuff if they ever went under like Street Fighter and Resident Evil instead

That is my point, they value Minecraft over everything Capcom has.  Imagine if XBox had all those IPs...instead they get...Minecraft, and not even exclusive.

What I'm saying is if owning Capcom is such a great investment why aren't other companies doing it? You only seem to be critical at MS for not purchasing Capcom.

Minecraft wasn't purchased just for the benefit of Xbox.

C'mon, you know Mattrick ruled with an iron fist. He had all the ideas and when someone had a complaint he would deliver spankings with his trusty betamax recorder.

You know how softspoken Phil is. There was no way for him to get a word in. But now that the despot has fallen, Phil is free to do the good and right things.
