Spencer was at the same tables as Mattrick when designing the one. Mattrick took the heavy fire and took a lot of the bad PR with him when he left. Spencer plays the hero. PR is a wonderful thing.

C'mon, you know Mattrick ruled with an iron fist. He had all the ideas and when someone had a complaint he would deliver spankings with his trusty betamax recorder.

You know how softspoken Phil is. There was no way for him to get a word in. But now that the despot has fallen, Phil is free to do the good and right things.
