I was reading the smash bros review un progress´s comements at ign when i saw this:

"Yup!! Keep enjoying your powerful next gen systems with "bug-free and high-scored" games.
And please, never stop fighting about such important matters like which company sold more, resolution, or frames per second; watching it it´s a great laughing therapy.

i guess he should add "grass comparison" there too, lol.

What's the point in doing a graphics comparison if you're not going to compare a major part of a games graphics. Why is everyone downplaying it just because "grass" sounds like the most mundane thing ever. It's not just grass, it's small bushes aswell, does that make it more interesting now. This is ridiculous. People say the difference between 900p and 1080p matter yet apparently ground decoration doesn't matter.

This is definitely a more visibley noticable difference. If it wasn't confined to such a small area and you spent more than 5% of the time playing GTA in a field this would be a big deal.

Not to mention, while it can be argued that the generation gap is smaller due to diminishing returns, it's also the first gen in decades (ever?) to cut down on the standard difficulty of development rather than increasing it. Personally, i think that's a point of considerable praise for the 8th gen (for the PS4/X1 at least).

Imo, this is silly to come in a comparaison thread ans then complain that people make comparisons, same for going into sales thread and then complain about sales talks

Just like it is silly to come into a comparison thread and complain about people complaining.

It would be nice if there was a real way to limit comments to just what the author wanted.  If we did that, there would be 3-5 comments on each thread and people would be bored and have to go and play some video games.

There is, it's called reporting for being off-topic.  Sort of like reporting for quote trees above 3.

So now everything is explained.

It was so clear the difference but well some can't see yet... it is like PS3 to PS4 difference.
