Where's Big Rigs? I think it tops them all hands down!

The biggest criteria that really sets it apart is that it doesn't have an objective. All games cited here have an objective (usually terrible and unintuitive) and you can even finish them if you have a decent amount of masochism. But Big Rigs? You can't lose! There's no AI. It's a racing game were the oponents never race. It simply defeats the whole purpose of being a game because you can't lose, ever.

I voted for Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. That game is suck in every sense of the word.

E.T. for the 2600 isn't a good game by most standards, but it's far from the worst game ever made, and it's better than most of the games listed there. Even the AVGN admitted that it wasn't really as bad as its reputation suggests. Its reputation mostly seems to come from the fact that Atari overhyped it to hell and back, spent itself into oblivion promoting the game for a user base which didn't exist, and it came out at the time the US gaming industry imploded. I could name quite a few games on the NES alone that were worse.

Don't choose just one, it is impossible to say that there's a worst game ever. AVGN, please watch his videos. They will keep you laughing so hard if you can get past the F Bombs which don't bother me that much.

The only one out of your list that I played was South Park. Can't remember if I liked it or not though.

I know there's tons of bad games out there, like Big Rigs, Sonic 06, Ride to Hell, ET, etc. Luckily, I've been spared the horror of actually playing these games, and the suffering is limited to only watching videos of their awfulness.

The worst game I've ever played is DBZ Sagas... I'm really glad I only rented it. That disc no longer deserves to be in my house!

Whoa, I'm glad someone even knows of this game, but hell no, far from the worst ever. Despite a very heavy dose of camp (not just prison camp either), the game is a pretty cool and very unique stealth game. I don't remember it being broken either. In fact I recommend it very much so to people interested in the subject or who want to try something unique.
