And it's probably sold to consumers, thanks to HUGE deals in germany (ps4 at 300 euros, 400 with 3games, etc)

I had troubles, too.
Just a randwom website given that info without source.

Still no confirmation, if sold throug, or shipped.

No. In Germany it was Gamestop exclusive. Gamestop in Germany is a very small retailer
