Normally I would say 1.3-1.5m for the USA, but it looks like its not doing so well in amazon.com so I'ld say half that

500k to 800k is certainly more than possible. I would say at least 80% chance to reach 800k / 1M.
For COD, it is a long shot. This FPS is just more popular to the younger generation than Halo (Halo requires more skills in my opinion and more patience to learn, something the youngest have some trouble with some time :))

Well in this case, it didnt work. The vast majority thought it would sell less than your 1.6m prediciton (global).

It will do 1m in the US 1st week. VGC may not show that... but NPD will.

Funny you even assume I thought I was the first to use actual psychology to cause an actaul effect when it is a tool used to sell people things at higher price all the time.
