If they stayed they would just have the reputation of being bad devs.
Leaving as well would make you a bad dev and a quitter, that's even worse.

Explains how Sonic Boom turned out to be the worst in the series since Sonic The Hedgehog 2006...

Well, it doesn't really matter because THEY are the ones who thought this garbage was a good idea. So their names, as far as I'm concerned, will forever be attached.
Sega needs to get the original Sonic Team back together and make a brand new 2D Sonic imo. Anything else is just fools gold.

oh jeez. So instead of ironing out the bugs and making a mediocre sonic game, they all abandoned ship and made the worst Sonic game in almost a decade? The worst part is that it looks like there was some nice looking environments in the game. It could have been made into something.
