Prediction! Majora Mask Will Have Amiibo Functionality Exclusive to the N3DS, and It Will have Something To Do With Mask!

Yes, bold but watever, i did guess something similar to mega evolutions for XY, was right... So maybe i be right about this

~N3DS will be probably be out WW by that time (my guess March release), with n3ds having built in nfc, i think MM 3D will take use of that. Even Aonuma has mentioned (teased) something n3ds related.  “Please wait for the opportunity to discuss how playing on the New 3DS differs at a later date.”

I think nintendo wont have many n3ds exclusives like some think (xenoblade chronicles only so far), but i think extra features for n3ds owners will definitely be a thing.

My guess is (if MM has amiibo functionality) they will feature personal character mask with music when you put them on. Or maybe abilities..... That is all :)

Doubtful. I see no point using amiibo on Majora's Mask.

Why wouldn't they let you use the amiibo adapter for the regular 3DS?

You cant see an extra page with Nintendo Character Mask? When wearing it, maybe plays a music theme, or something!

Your pic kinda goes with what I'm saying. There's already a mask for...almost everything. For amiibo to have a personal character mask, would either:

a) Have a different amiibo to satisfy every player's unique design.

b) Have some sort of in-game editor.

Both options are highly doubtful.

n3ds has it built in, but i guess they could definitely sell it separately for original 3ds

I'm pretty sure an amiibo adapter has already been confirmed for the original 3ds, but I don't feel like finding my source

The masks would be the different Nintendo characters and each would give you an ability specific to that character. For example:

Throw mario style fireballs-Mario
Scan Visor-Samus
Float Jump-Peach
Bombs are now eggs and fly with egg physics-Yoshi

I don't know if I like the idea and it seems like it would take a lot of work to implement, but I can see how it would work

I dont think it will be exclusive, I think they will launch it with the original 3ds nfc kit
