Nope. Ubisoft is annoying as hell, but they still release valuable titles. ACU is probably their only real miss-step in recent memory. All of the other crap that happens in the media (parity, downgrade, not enough time to make animate females) doesn't change the very solid foundations of their games.

But seriously, as much as I don't really care about AC or W_D, I'd never ask for less games (Or rather, I would ask for less games being developed (to increase dev times), but I would never willingly kick a multiplat game off of Wii U).

This thread makes me feel weird...
