AC4 is easily my favorite in the series and I may try out Rogue but the series doesn't have a lot of interest on me. I really think this series needs a break for a year or two.

Unity will definitely sell more than IV on next gen

I felt the AC series started to decline in terms of quality since Revelations. There will always be tons of people who will buy AC games, but I think Unity's sales will be lower than Black Flag. I liked 1, 2 and Brotherhood, but ever since Ubisoft began annualizing the series, the dropoff in quality was noticeable. I hope that this series keeps declining until Ubisoft actually makes a proper AC game.

As has been previously announced, but I certainly forgot, Ubisoft Quebec are working on the next one. So maybe there will be a tad more variety, but it won't slow down

I think the sales will be something like 4-4.5m on PS4 vs. ~2.5-3m on XB1. The poll is pretty messed up in that case lol! No option above 5m?? Come on, son

They'll go the Guitar Hero path. Sooner or later the series will decline.

Yes? Have you looked at FIFA 14 sales vs. 15 on next gen? There's no way it won't do better than ACIV did on next gen. Most people don't care about reviews or follow gaming forums, certainly not the mass market that will buy it this holiday

(+ it's like 81 and 76 on Meta, both are "green" scores and not seen as bad...so it will hardly sway many from buying except the hardcore that have been turned off by recent news)

Hell, ACIII is the highest selling AC, right? That speaks volumes, really, seeing as that game was panned by gaming forums.

I can only hope it dies altogether. :/
