We all love love Naughty Dog don't we, they are just a lovable bunch that can't do no wrong. They are even prone to a few minor downgrades on their projects. A few differences than what was showed in initial vids and images but they're Naughty Dog, we love them.

Insider DAGERF1SH has got his greasy little mitts on a rather juicy image. It shows a Nathan Drake in the same scene we saw him from that initial reveal trailer but now Naughty Dog have got to grips with the PS4 and they  now know what they are working with, we can now reveal that the latest image (thought to be from a 50% build) shows minor downgrades. But nothing to serious that will make you cancel your preorder.

Personally I dont see much difference. Just a few minor changes. The scene has a few less shadows and sand looks to be a different shade of yellow. Can't see much else. Can you?

No way is that second image 1080p. Otherwise, not much difference.

Downgrades? Really? Its clearly an upgrade! Look at the art direction? Are you people blind?

I did a pixel count. This is actually a 4K image taken directly from the PS4. DAGGERF1SH mentioned that they might even bump it up to 8K just because they can.

cell shading is the future

I call BS; no way can they manage that caliber of artistry at a resolution that high.

I think Ubisoft are helping out, its the only way it can have been downgraded so much :(
