11.17 8:00PM Update

This week’s content update, which was originally scheduled for release this Wednesday, 11/19, will now be releasing later this week to allow for additional fixes, as well as the completion of the testing and certification process.

This content update includes a variety of fixes across the title, including Matchmaking performance issues, general UI and game stability improvements, as well as fixes for game-game specific issues in Halo: CE, Halo 2, and Halo 2: Anniversary, and more. The full patch notes will be posted later this week, in advance of the content update release.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Seems like the issue is not that easy to be fixed.

Well, looks like Microsoft was too late, I've moved on from MCC to Dragon Age: Inquisition today on PC, to many great games to be bothered sticking with a buggy/half working one in the hopes they might one day fix it.

So whats the issue ?
Didnt they test it before release

Don't think they thoroughly tested it. I can hardly even find a match with my friend in my party. Soon as i say try single player instant connection. To frustrating

Closely approching 2 weeks and not fully functional so we can't dismiss the whole thing and say it is completely different than DC sorry state.

Exactly, there was quite a few users here who loved to take DriveClub jabs about the server issues, especially in the UK sales thread. When it turns out that the great 343 studio is not much better..

Its unacceptable really and they need to fix it soon. Halo is my favourite game and the reason I still have my xbox. You'd have thought they'd have realised that the servers weren't ready over the course of development.

I guess it is safe to say that it's a mini DriveClub situation right now.
