People's nonsense aside, the real takeaway, for me at least, is Sony ascension among FPS crowd in the UK. Last gen a game like COD and other shooters would favor the Xbox360 60/65% to the PS3's 35/40%. PS4 being the lead sales platform and a 53/46 split combined is not bad at all.  The fact that a discussion is even happening shows how far Sony has come along this gen.

360 SKU beat the PS3 SKU in the US. Wasn't it hardware sales where the PS3 beat 360?

yes. that was hardware. the fist and only time (am i right on that? maybe the slim modell release month, too?), the ps3 beat the x360 in an npd month

??? I was just commenting on the 2nd post of the thread where it said PS4 destiny sold 3x as much compared to the XB1 version in light of COD dropping. I'm sure people on the XB1  are enjoying Destiny as well.
