Although that picture back from e3, the leak of the Nintendo booth that indeed showed Mario Maker, had a Wii U Animal Crossing thing in it.  Not confirmed and neither is this, but pretty strong evidence right?

It's been 99.9999999% confirmed since day one really. Only question is whether or not the the game will do enough to make it worth buying when you already have New Leaf.
