Every game dont need to sell like UC4 as every one has differnet tastes and PS4 library is diverse so its got something for everyone even though some games dont sell millions like UC4 but its got user base who bought PS4 for that and many will do again.
EDIT: A game needs to be good enough to play and this should be base to buy a game but not Great. If everyone think only Great games are the only one needs to played then its not possible for industry to survive. Many PS4 exclusives so far are not great but good and its got positive reviews from many who like them to play like more than 70% (some 80%). Its not possible for every developer to make Great games every time where they fail in some things but overall it should be ok product so we should support them so they can make it better next time.

So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.
PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.
Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.
Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.

Even if ps4 lose, it's very telling how a console can sell better than the other console that is more cheaper and that's without mentioning that USA is the best territory that xbox one has. The chances of taking back USA starting January is very high.
No shortages but for the Kinect AC sku in online stores.
