Nope.. We don't have a period when stuff is discounted like those black friday deals.. Don't think anyone on mainland europe has those crazy stunts.. Maybe the UK and boxing day but i don't think the prices are that crazy then..

in my country they created a fake black friday, where they double the prices days before, then cut by half and market it with black friday written everywhere.

Here in Brazil they mark the prices up a little before and give like a 3% discount in the so called Black Friday, so it is also a country with no Black Friday

We have Sinterklaas discount now at some large retail shops (for games, toys, etc), but it isn't a big discount or anything.

Though I'm not from the Netherlands, I'm from Belgium. Countries aren't that different anyway (if we ignore Wallonia, Brussels and the condition of the roads :p)
