I've owned all three consoles since the original Xbox came out.  This gen I already got a PS4 and Wii U, but I've waited so far to get an Xbox One because I feel the must have exclusives aren't quite there yet, but with the deals right now it seemed like the best time to dive into Xbox One.

I traded in my 8 year old Xbox 360 (20GB) for $100 at the MS store and got the Asassin's Creed bundle.  Wanted the white Sunset Overdrive model, but they didn't have any ... apparently only had two SO bundles to sell in the morning.  I'm trading the AC:U digital codes right away because I prefer discs.

So hello Xbox One, let's see what you can do .

Congrats. If you like racing games I highly recommend Forza Horizon 2.

Probably I will get Sunset Overdrive, FH2 and MCC, and download Killer Instinct.

Oh awesome! I am definitely going to get MCC and Sunset Overdrive looks like a lot of fun.

Oh yeah, I think I will.  What is FH2 most similar to?  I heard it has similarities to Project Gotham Racing which is great, and open worldliness of Burnout Paradise.

I would recommend Forza Horizon 2 also, its pretty good even though the offline mode gets a bit repetitive after a while and its a shame that you can only do the grand finale race twice. The online is actually pretty good its similar to the offline mode you still have to drive from location to location but it adds new events that you can't play in the offline mode like blue versus red races, infected mode and king mode.

Hmm, a few questions / gripes.

Is it possible to get TV pass-through in standby mode? I might have to not use the pass-through feature if that is so.

If you have no Kinect, did you buy IR cables for controlling your TV/Cable?
