So I'm trying to decide if I should buy Smash physically or digitally.  I need the storage space to download it, of course.  I currently have 15.8GB available, which is enough for nerly all games, but not some larger titles such as Bayonetta 2, for instance.  I know Smash games can be big, so do you think it will fit?

Edit:  I forgot to mention, I'll need to save 2GB for the Mario Kart 8 DLC.

Pre-order for physical. Even if it doesn't take all 13.8 GB, it will undoubtedly take a colossal chunk. As somebody above already mentioned, Brawl was almost 8 GB, so it will at least be several GBs bigger than that.

I'm torn. On one hand Brawl was almost 8 gigs and this game looks like it has much more content.

On the other hand Nintendo has been outrageously good at compression lately with their major Wii U titles all being very small, some even smaller than their Wii counterparts if I recall correctly.

On some weird radioactive third hand this is made by Namco, not Nintendo, so I don't have a damn clue what to expect.

Wasnt Brawl over 4GB? I expect at least 20 GB

The reason Brawl was so big was the cutscenes. Now that there are significantly less, it should not be that much bigger. I estimate around 12 gigs
