Sony: Letting the Driveclub online launch issues happen
Nintendo: Announcing new 3DS will have exclusive games
Nintendo still not making the new big nintendo IP for this generation, no splatoon won't be the next big thing like pikmin or xenoblade
Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

I think he actually exceeded all expectations. No one thought he could even talk properly and as it turns out he actually even has a tiny bit of charisma. So yeah, I enjoyed being pleasantly surprised.

Mmm, though choice Nintendo made many average size mistakes but not a big one this year. I will go with the one that hurts me the most.
Nintendo: Not announcing Fatal Frame V for the west to create a stride of teen-mature rated titles on the console, to interest a different audience on the console.
Atari: Not releasing Roller Coaster Tycoon World this year
Nintendo:The "NEW" 3DS.
Nintendo:
NOT a single game from July-August........that would keep the mometum for a month longer..........
...

Sony: the whole driveclub debacle. From a casual observer you could easily think they did it on purpose to hold back the plus version for more sales.
Sony: $600 PS3, shat bricks that day
Sony: abandoning the PS Vita, my local gamestop has gotten like 5-10 since the whole borderlands bundle, people been asking for some but none are in stock, really got to give credit it the Japanese and indie devs as they're the only thing bearly keeping the Vita from dieing
