In your opinion, what's the dumbest thing your company of choice has done this year?

Mmm, though choice Nintendo made many average size mistakes but not a big one this year. I will go with the one that hurts me the most.

Nintendo: Not announcing Fatal Frame V for the west to create a stride of teen-mature rated titles on the console, to interest a different audience on the console.
