Most of the things MS did last year were stupid moves. This year they've made a couple of mistakes but nothing as bad as last year. I guess I agree with iceland on purchasing Mojang for that much money was the dumbest thing.

I´ve seen two major flaws by every console producer and Sega.

Sony everything even remotely related the Vita
Sony Driveclub issues.

Nintendo the draught of the first 6 month's a mistake they will likely make again next year
New 3ds why and I really mean why not call it the 3dsi like the dsi would be a much better name.

MS buying Square enix off and buying Minecraft.
Insomniac releasing Sunset overdrive exclusively to Xbox one.

SEGA not making the dreamcast 2
SEGA Sonic boom
