The game is ridiculiously uncontrollable. I'm not even sure what genre the game is supposed to be... I didn't actually run into any enemies before giving up in disgust over how poor the controls are.

PC port gone bad.  I'd guess.  I don't know how you could fuck up the computer controls.

Buy the game. Install it. Start the first mission. Order my men to attack ennemis on the other side of one of my building. They started to shoot my building.
Back to shop to exchange it with Total Annihilation. Happy end.
