Thanks the new version in Europe and N.America, how much will sell 3DS next year?

Based on what I know now, 2014 cause MH4U and Pokemon and SSB but when they actually do a Nintendo Direct and show us the gamez for n3ds... Then it will probably be 2015

I'm going to say 2014

I was going to say 2015 because of double dippers with the N3DS but then I realized that the N3DS will probably do a ton this Holiday in Japan. The U.S & Europe won't make up for it.

2011/2012/2013 all sold 12-13mil each year

2014 currently around 4mil-4.5mil (depending on if Europe is slightly overtracked) and should have another 1.5mil+ sold in japan thankx to N3DS with the West selling another 2mil-2.5mil (it wont be higher due to N3DS announcement for 2015.

So my guesses for 2014/2015 are...

2014: 7.5mil-8.5mil
2015: 7.5mil-10mil

2015 depends on SW nintendo provides us. I think 2015 will increase YoY , which many believe it'll decrease again by good margin. I disagree

2014. No big titles for next year. Seriously, what is Nintendo doing next? N3DS won't help much, it's already out in Japan.

You underestimate too much the Pokémon power sales for this holiday, and 3DS will coming in Australia this holiday.

3DS will sell more than 10,000,000 this year.

"No big titles for next year. " Same thing was said early this year, then we had announcements of  MH4G/Pokemon ORAS/etc :0

I think you should wait intill march/april to make that claim. This year 3ds will be between 7mil-8.5mil, 2015 aint going to just sharply decline.

Pokémon was predictable and the rest is almost Japan only. Youkai Watch is a non-factor here in the Occident, Project STEAM is going to flop. I doubt Bravely Second will do much. Pokémon Z is definitely coming but I don't know how big of a boost it can give the 3DS. The only game looking good is the possible MM remake, which isn't even confirmed. I won't doubt Nintendo, but it's not looking good.

I think 2015, because we likely know only a small fraction of the games in store for next year, Smash + Pokémon will continue to sell, and the New N3DS is coming out!

YW will not obviously be as big but that doesn't mean it wont be successful in the West. It can do potentially 500k give or take. I bet Tomodachi Life nobody predicted would of had a MAJOR Success in the west especially when FW sales all around were low.

~You wont doubt nintendo, but you are. Your a fan of them, you should know games can be announced out of nowhere and release, doesn't matter big or small. (NSMB2 was announced in June and released the next month in Japan for example)

~Code Steam bomb? Yes it definitely could but its not written in stone. 

~So many games can be announced for 2015, no point in doing so intill later
