Well... Can't you just restart and not connect to the wifi? I am trying to find more info on this but it seems to be quite hard to find...

Nope, check out the video on the link. It doesn't matter if you disconnect, when you boot it back up it will display the user agreement.

Hmm interesting, cause a few of the comments are like "If you restart and don't update, you dont have to accept?"

Although, I suppose if you dont update to the latest update anyway, you wont have to accept it regardless... But anyway, if thats the case, then I take back what I said but I am going to do some more digging to see if there is a way around it first

Only way around it is to take off the stand by and auto update settings on your Wii U before  it downloads the current update. Once the update file is in the hard drive there is no way around it.

Someone mentioned resetting to factory settings, is that possible? If it is, then you could just agree to the user agreement and then totally wipe everything on your Wii U and set it to factory settings.

Playing homebrews and emualtors on Wii is awesome, screw this.

Hey don't click here ! It's creepy !!

I want a PlayStation All-Stars Sequel ! Come on Sony, stop making too many shooters !

I'll make a better signature when I'll have time to do it...

They lock my Wii U that I dumped over a thousand dollars into, I will never stop going after them legally. Bad mouthing them online, etc.

If you pirate their games, then you deserve it, sorry. But i doubt you'r a pirate, so it's not a problem for you.

Sony did the same thing for people who used  multi-accounts on psn (buy one game on a profil, then let others download it whit one account).

Same for microsoft.

Because as we all know, not agreeing to license agreements is an essential part of the modification process.

I guess all we can hope for is that hackers find a way around this and make a mod that stops the console from locking when disagreeing with new license agreements. Or, alternatively, that they find a way to mod the console even if the new license is agreed upon.
