If it's true that would be bad for Xbox one sales but good for Gears of Wars sales. It depends on what Microsoft is aiming with this franchise.

99:1 that this is not true. This is a game that will give a lot of 360 owners a reason to go with xb one. If it's on 360 it gives them an excuse to look at PS4 for their new gen machine.

FH2 and Titanfall were on X360 too. But GOW4 isn't coming out at least until 2016 and I doubt X360 will be relevant by then.

If they are in need to sell games on a last gen platform in 2016 they really are doomed.

Cinsidering that the mainline Gears games have sold consitently great, it would be very dumb. I would prefer a 1080p/60fps releease of all three games+judgement fall of 2015 and Gears 4 Fall of 2016, all exclusively to X1.

If I still see cross-gen 1st party games in 2016 by either Microsoft or Sony I swear I'm gonna punch somebody in the face multiple times. Hell, IMO cross-gen games shouldn't exist anymore then except indie games and sport games.
