QB would be better in July/August, they're gonna make it flop because of bad schedule

July august is a horrible time to launch.

Yes, The Last of Us Remastered really suffered by launching in July this year.

Its was even worse for TLOU on PS3, what a terrible suffering

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

Well to be fair ^, there were hardly any games coming out and the only exclusive for the ps4 (besides indies) in quite a while despite being a remastered game

The way I see it. MS is the only company going hard on the exclusives front so is no surprise to see Q3/4 of next year looking good already.

give me a break.

Uncharted

Everybodies Gone to the Rapture

Rime

The Tomorrow Children

Alienation

Bloodborne

Tearaway Unfolded

Until Dawn

The Order 1886

are all confirmed for next year from Sony, and these are games published just by Sony. add to that the New MLB and Ratchet and clank that sony said will be coming next year at E3. those are 11 exclusives.

Also Persona 5 and Dragon Quest Heroes are exclusive to Sony platforms, if games like FH2 count for X1 those should count for PS4.  Sony Bend's new horror IP is also rumored for next holiday

Well, there you go... I guess it wasn't such a horrible time to launch it then.

Which is exactly why the summer is not a bad time to launch a game, you have hardly any competition.

Halo 5, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Crackdown 3, Scalebound, Forza 6, and maybe an unannounced big exclusive would be a pretty killer Holiday lineup for them. I think Fable Legends will launch in like Q2.
