They still can't stop talking. Nothing will excuse the wait.

They could always have cancelled it. Not like they'll ever break even on it.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

I think they just want to get rid of that PR disaster.

There isn't even a trailer, Blacklist got a Wii U trailer 4 months before the release.

I saw that the Uplay Exclusive Edition includes all DLCs besides Bad Blood, but it's 79.99 €... They should include that in the normal Wii U version because of the delay.

Didn't you want to sell your Wii U in November (the worst time possible)? Have you changed your mind?

There is a trailer, a generic one, with no real footage from the Wii U version, let me see if I can find it...done directly from the youtube nintendo channel:

Actuall selling during the holidays would be the best options, but I am trying to save enough money to update my PC and avoid selling my Wii U, so I don't have to get a second console, let's see how it goes.

LMAO!!!! I still do not get how a game about HACKING does not utilze this gamepad to it's fullest. This was a great oppurtunity for UBI to make a great game for the WiiU but NOPE they do a huge map and off TV play. Just like Assasins Creed. HIT THE ROAD UBISORRY!!!!!!

Because hacking in the next game is nothing more than pressing the X button. Such a fucking disappointment this turned out to be.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

If it looks and runs favourably to the other versions, with the added map and off tv play im sold. It should be a pretty decent addition to the Wii U library.

As someone else mentioned, hacking on the other consoles is done by pressing a button, if they move it to the game without any gameplay change, it would be a big "press the Gamepad screen to hack" and it would be pretty pointless, it is better to have an interactive map instead.

Now if they make the required changes they would have to adjust a loooot of stuff, since the game is thinking that the time to hack something is the same that you need to just press a button, if you add for example a mini-puzzle or mini-game the time changes from 1 second to maybe 5 or 10 seconds (depending on complexity) and many of the sequences that were designed based on quick response have to be modified and so on. I think that is what they meant when they said that they "he team prototyped and playtested many other Wii U ideas, but some of them just didn't work."

Oh, I didn't even know that... Almost sounds like a joke.

Hacking on the GamePad was very intuitive in Deus Ex on Wii U.

Ubisoft just doesn't care about Nintendo anymore and so will consumers about this version...

Just waiting this game to be 10€ used for PS3 or PS4, pretty much like most Ubisoft games.

Hey don't click here ! It's creepy !!

I want a PlayStation All-Stars Sequel ! Come on Sony, stop making too many shooters !

I'll make a better signature when I'll have time to do it...

That is why changing this part "to make it work on the gamepad" will need a mayor change on the gameplay, many situations were designed based on the option to hack with just 1 button, adjusting them to give time to the player to actually hack on the gamepad is a big change, also it will remove the possibility of remote-play and using the pro controller. Would it be worth it? maybe, maybe not and that is what I think they tested as an integration option and finally rule it out, most likely for the big amount of changes required or that it felt boring after the first few times.

I always knew Ubisoft could offer parity across all three.

Explains why the gfx from E3 were downgraded even on PC lol.

I have no idea how to feel about this game anymore, and I really lost almost all excitement for it. I'm not upset that it's coming late; heck, I'm kind of glad, because it gave me time to see it for what it really is. I still plan to get it, but I'll see what reviews say and if Ubi is crazy enough to release it for $60 on Wii U.
