Haha. I kind of get it, I mean this is hands-down the best character action game of the year. So it's certainly conceivable that someone who enjoys character action games but does not enjoy over-the-top fanservice might have a bad taste in their mouth while playing this game.
But over-the-top fanservice is practically a staple of the character action genre, which was effectively created by.... well, the same guys who made this game, when they made Devil May Cry. Platinum is pretty much the uncontested king of the genre. So not only does it seem weird to criticize them for making games with this over-the-top tone they've always had, it seems weird to be a fan of character action games while being unable to stomach said tone. What kind of game gave you a taste for this genre in the first place??
