Japan is a wasteland for home consoles; I don't think anyone should put any more effort into it this generation.

I dont think Sony and Microsoft ever started putting effort in Japan. they both just threw them out their and let them fend for themselves. As weve seen its not gone well. At least next year Japanese 3rd parties will finally be on board for PS4

Xb one still above 1K, almost 1.5K, not doing too bad, considering.

What's sad is that despite PS4 having very little to offer Japanese gamers Wii U is not selling much better. I think we need a chalkboard for what is going to save home consoles in Japan.

Vita TV knocking on X1's door, I see. On a more serious note, quite a lot of Vita games are in the Top 20 software list. PS4 needs way more than Omega Quintet to sell better. I like Compile Heart's games, but they're very niche even for Japan. Rest of this year is going to be a struggle for the PS4 in Japan, unfortunately... While Bloodborne, Dragon Quest Heroes, Persona 5, God Eater 2: Rage Burst, Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-, and Ys are an impressive lineup, the system needs way more than that in order to keep the audience's attention. It also doesn't help in that some of these games can be played on the PS3 or Vita.

Lool did MC forget to track KH 1.5 + 2.5 Pack? 99k for KH 2.5 FW is good imo, We will see a PS4 boost this week with the standalone white PS4.
