That's quite a lot actually.
I was expecting less.

MGS: GZ had more content.

The PS Plus version is not up on the store yet. Will be in 2 hours and 8 minutes (I think).

Comparing the game to Ridge Racer just makes me want to play it more. I use to love that game!

I'm glad to hear that. As said I haven't played DC since August 2013.

I think DC handling is more appealing to sim lovers than arcade lovers though? Am I totally wrong?

When I play an arcade racer I really like the handling seen in many NFS games (haven't played Rivals).

Very correct, DC is more for the GT fanbase then Horizen/NFS based of what i played.

Its more about the racing line and running a good lap then anythign else, racing first and foremost.

Unfortunately I've never loved Ridge Racer xD

I know DC doesn't have RR level of drifting but still anything similar and I'm screwed.

How many events in the PS+ edition?

Also, my Croatian PSN lists the upgrade for the equivalent of less than 40EUR, 20EUR cheaper than the full game by itself.

The UK price is a big saving too, compard to the PSN full game price.  Yet still costs more than full game from retail.

Well, here the upgrade is 28EUR cheaper than the BluRay in the store. Honestly, 38.5EUR for the upgrade ain't bad.

Where the heck is my PSN edition?!!!
