Its not that. Its a developer intentionally holding back a version of a game for the sake of parity instead of offering the best version possible on a given platform. PC gamers get this a lot because generally, most games from big publishers do rush jobs of ports from consoles, but this seems to be a new trend between consoles themselves.

Ya know the Ubisoft just loves getting money hatted by MS, Sony, Nvidia, and hell even AMD sometimes. Maybe they just aren't good at making games ON THEIR OWN?

It's not trolling? Ubisoft did that, the gif just put an illustration on their words, nothing more.

You know, I am wondering the same thing myself. Its hard for me to see someone making such a comment and not expecting the results we see here in the forums. It will be very interesting to see if there is going to be some damage control or Ubi comes out and says due to public outcry, both games will be 1080P. Which should also gring out another bout of cry as then PS4 owners will say the game should be 1080P/60.
