Its not that. Its a developer intentionally holding back a version of a game for the sake of parity instead of offering the best version possible on a given platform. PC gamers get this a lot because generally, most games from big publishers do rush jobs of ports from consoles, but this seems to be a new trend between consoles themselves.
Oh, and anyone seen this? xP Fake Kaz killing it as usual.
