Teens with little sibblings probably do... :P If this had been the Disney of... twenty or so years ago, I think even adults would be playing it.

But smart. Kids these days do not enjoy being kids, so thiswill encourage them to play.

no, the true identity of Nintendo is that one: SNES one!

Heh, I'm 31 and myself and my wife have completed the 3 games on 360 and own them all on the 3ds too, tis a great co-op dungeon crawl, should mention we also have about 1k worth of the figures... which isn't even all of them. Not many kids can afford these figures on their own, if you check out youtube there are several hundred mature collectors of the figures with popular channels showing them off.

I really don't think kids on their own have that amount of disposable income and they wouldn't be able to wrangle that sort of cash out of parents unless the parents knew they were more than just €20 figures with no articulation.
Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

This franchise is targeted towards kids and adult gaming enthusiast, not teens per say. That's how I see it anyways. I mean, anybody having a good time with the game is fine by me. I personally I'm not much of a collector, never was as a teen either, but to each their own.
Never heard anybody talk about this game outside of forums, but they are doing something right.
Hope it sells extremely better on Wii U than XB1 and PS4 so Activision may consider Skylanders being a Nintendo exclusive. That would help sell more Wii Us.

I think that would be a bad business decision for Activision. Sure the games sell best on Nintendo systems, but a huge amount of Skylanders profit comes from the toys. By removing the games from Microsoft and Sony platforms, Activision would curtail the number of consumers buying those figures.
If Activision was forced to choose, Nintendo is the obvious choice, but it makes more business sense to keep the series multiplatform, at least for now.
