You can embed videos by clicking on the movie tape icon! That icon is located under the HTML icon! In any case, I embded the video for you!

YT, go to share ≥ embed ≥ check use old embed code ≥ FOR SIZE PICK 640 x 360/480 ≥ copy code ≥ on VGC click html ≥ paste code ≥ click update

That's a sucker's way to embed. :p Honestly, you don't get good results that way, especially with 16:9 ratio videos.

EDIT: But I guess you also get part of the video cut off if it's inside a quote. *groan*
