Considering 8th gen install base thats great for Xbox One!

You see, despite exclusive marketting, Destiny did really well on XBO ratio-wise. But with FIFA we see the opposite scenario, but XBO version did worse, again ratio-wise. Further proves that XB is a luxurious FPS Box.

How much does marketing have to do with a sports game if everyone knows its on a ton of platforms and 2 of those have bundles for the exact same price? It literally comes down to popularity.

Interesting, because that means a slight increase in share for Xbox 360 vs PS3. Last year it was 61% 360 and 39% to PS4, now it's 66% to 33%.

The bad news for Xb one is that the 8th gen Fifa sales splits almost exactly along userbase lines. PS4 has 60% of the PS4bone market share and it sold 59% of the PS4bone Fifa software share. So the exclusive deal was good for a 1% shift. Of course if that shift all translates into Xb one sales it may be possible for Xb one to equal or possibly surpass PS4 sales for the week. Will be interesting to see the numbers, though the way things are going we'll be waiting a long time before VGC posts last week's hardware.
